CONNECT is a 30 day implementation process there the Implementation Specialists helps the client set up forms (Personal Lines, Commercial/Business Lines, and a contact form) and helps them set up and launch a couple of their own Campaigns.

• Campaigns and on their end can be personalized.
• CONNECT forms do not have the filed to upload files, social security, or credit card.

• Client have a separate log in to CONNECT.
• CONNECT also has a help/chat feature for questions relating to their product.

TheCompanies We Represent page is very heavily coded.

• If a client call in about any edits- if they are simple (like a phone number or URL change) a service rep. can makes edits ONLY if they feel comfortable editing in the source code.
• If they have questions or if the client wants more detailed changes (like adding/removing carriers) please send it over to Fulfillment as a FCO.
• Please have the client include all info for that page- logo, URLs, and numbers.
• Turn around time still should be 3-5 business days.

A client's CONNECT form will show up on the system synced AR page ONLY if a CONNECT code has been added into the head by me or Fulfillment.

The Request a Quote function on those pages will only work if both the CONNECT code (added to the header) and the button code (added in the footer) has been added in.
