Express

Express

A Express site is our simplest version of a site. When someone purchases an Express site, our fulfillment team will complete a white glove transfer from an existing site (which means that we take all non-proprietary existing content from their old site) and add it to the new site. After transferring the content from someone's site over to their FMG dashboard, they will get a call from one of our CSR's (normally Dwight) to let them know that the initial set-up of their website is complete and they have been sent their login credentials. At this point, it is in the subscribers hands to create the site that they want, put together any additional pages and send the site to compliance. Most of the time this stage in a client's time with us is when we receive the largest volume of phone calls from them. Once everything is approved by compliance, the subscriber will call to let us know that the site is approved and they would like to go live. At this point, you will find the Tools Case and check Ready for Domain and add domain login info to Description for Domains. Then, put the follow up for 1 day. You will have more training on that process later on in the process.

Concierge

Concierge

A Concierge site is our middle level site. The concierge site is created on the basic website theme moonlight. The difference between an express site and a concierge site is that the site is only built on moonlight and they have hired a concierge coordinator to work with them in a series of 4 phone calls in order to create the homepage of their site. When someone purchases a concierge site, our fulfillment team will complete a white glove transfer from an existing site (which means that we take all existing content from their old site) and add it to the new site. After transferring the content from someone's site over to their FMG dashboard, they will get a call from their concierge coordinator to start the process of creating their homepage only. They will have 4 phones calls over 4 weeks with the concierge coordinator. At the end of the 4th call, the concierge coordinator will submit everything including the interior pages (designed by the client) to compliance. Once everything is approved by compliance, the subscriber will call the customer service team to let us know that the site is approved and they would like to go live. This is when you will use their Tools case for the site to go live. You will have more training on that process later on in the process.

Exclusive

Exclusive

An Exclusive site is our highest level site. The exclusive site is customized based on the advisor's choice on 24 exclusive themes. The difference between express, concierge and exclusive sites is that the exclusive site is built by one of our in house web designers and the client has access to a customer success coordinator who helps them build out the homepage of the site is a series of phone calls lasting up to 120 days. When someone purchases an exclusive site, our fulfillment team will complete a white glove transfer from an existing site (which means that we take all existing content from their old site) and add it to the new site. After transferring the content from someone's site over to their FMG dashboard, they will get a call from their customer success coordinator to start the process of creating their homepage with the web developer. They will have a number of phones calls over 120 days with the customer success coordinator and the web developer. At the end of the process, the concierge coordinator will submit everything including the interior pages to compliance. Once everything is approved by compliance, the customer success coordinator will go live with the site. Customer Service doesn't deal with exclusive clients until after the site is live.
